Booking Terms

Last updated: January 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Booking Process

All bookings begin with a private inquiry. Following a discovery consultation, a formal booking offer will be issued. Your place is not confirmed until a deposit is received and a booking confirmation is issued in writing by M/S Paramguru Hospitality Private Limited.

2. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat fee is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking offer. Receipt of deposit constitutes acceptance of these Booking Terms.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Pricing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the items listed under “Includes” on the retreat detail page. Items not listed are excluded unless specifically confirmed in writing.

5. Participant Information

Participants are required to submit a completed participant information form — including dietary requirements, health disclosures, and emergency contact details — no later than 60 days before the retreat. Failure to provide required information may affect your ability to participate in certain activities.

6. Modifications

Sattva Shuddhi reserves the right to modify retreat content, schedules, facilitators, and locations where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice to confirmed participants of any material changes. If changes are significant and unsatisfactory to a participant, we will discuss appropriate remedies on a case-by-case basis.

7. Insurance

All participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical, and emergency evacuation cover, prior to confirming their booking. Sattva Shuddhi accepts no liability for costs arising from cancellation, illness, injury, or other events during travel to, from, or during the retreat.
