Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant

• More than 120 days before retreat: Full deposit refund, minus a £200 administration fee.
• 91–120 days before retreat: 50% of the total retreat fee is refundable.
• 61–90 days before retreat: 25% of the total retreat fee is refundable.
• 60 days or fewer before retreat: No refund. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover.

Cancellation by Sattva Shuddhi

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat, all confirmed participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid. We will not be liable for any additional costs, including flights, visas, or accommodation booked independently.

Transfer of Booking

With more than 60 days' notice, participants may transfer their booking to another eligible individual, subject to our approval. A transfer fee of £150 applies.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or public health emergencies), we will offer a credit towards a future retreat or a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@sattvashuddhi.com. The cancellation date is the date of receipt of written notice.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel and trip cancellation insurance prior to confirming their booking.
