1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and participation in retreats organised by M/S Paramguru Hospitality Private Limited (operating as Sattva Shuddhi). By accessing this website or participating in a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. The Retreat

Sattva Shuddhi retreats are private, intimate spiritual experiences offered as described on this website. We reserve the right to modify retreat content, facilitators, locations, and schedules where necessary, providing reasonable notice to confirmed participants.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation may be declined at our discretion if we determine that the retreat is not an appropriate fit for a participant's needs or circumstances.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your booking confirmation. Full payment is due as outlined in your individual booking agreement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 90 days of the retreat start date are generally non-refundable, subject to individual circumstances. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Health and Participation

Participants are responsible for disclosing any physical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation. Sattva Shuddhi is not responsible for any health outcomes arising from participation. All retreat activities are voluntary. Please refer to the Wellness Disclaimer for full detail.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, imagery, and programming — is the property of Sattva Shuddhi or its licensors and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sattva Shuddhi excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from participation in the retreat or use of this website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the retreat.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
